This long-lasting powder eye lining pencil delivers a velvety soft, smooth line with high pigment payoff. The sponge tip blends colour for a smooth smudged or big smoky look. Layer colour on for a strong, thick line to create drama without harshness. Sharpen tip as needed.
HOW TO USE
Place pencil against the lash line and glide colour on. Keep line crisp or smoke and smudge colour with the sponge tip.
