Job Description and Requirements:

As a lash and brow artist at Lavoom Salon, you will be responsible for providing top-notch beauty services that meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting consultations with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable lash and brow treatments.

  • Performing lash extensions, brow shaping, tinting, threading, and other related services with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene protocols, and ensuring the comfort and safety of clients.

  • Educating clients on proper aftercare routines and recommending retail products to enhance their beauty regimen.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in lash and brow artistry through continuous learning and training opportunities.

 

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Relevant professional experience in lash and brow artistry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Proficiency in various lash extension techniques, brow shaping methods, and other related services.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and artistic flair to deliver customized looks that suit clients' features and preferences.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
